“It’s your outlook on life that counts. If you take yourself lightly and don’t take yourself too seriously, pretty soon you can find the humor in our everyday lives. And sometimes it can be a lifesaver.”
Betty White

“I think everybody’s insecure. Some people are better at hiding it than others. I think that we all suffer from selfesteem issues. What you’re feeling is not weird, you are not alone, we all feel that, it’s part of being human.”
Kim Cattrall

“What’s good for you twentyfive years ago may not be good for you now. So, to keep in touch with that, I think that’s the first ingredient for success. Because if you’re a successful human being, everything else is gravy.”
Whoopi Goldberg

“I have this dream that, secretly, all teenage girls feel exactly like me. And maybe one day, when we realize that we all feel the same, we can all stop pretending we’re something we’re not.”
Zoe Sugg

“I guess what really forms you as a person is what you do within your family to receive love or attention. In my family, what you had to do to receive attention was to have a good conversation at the dinner table or for me to do well at school, and those were really my focuses because that was what was valued the most.”
Emma Watson

“I personally battled with my own body image for years. I used to tell myself, you can’t wear anything sleeveless or strapless. And all of a sudden I was like, What if I just didn’t send such negative messages to my brain and said, wear it and enjoy it? And now I’m more comfortable in clothes than ever.”
Drew Barrymore

“You can’t let fear paralyze you. The worse that can happen is you fail, but guess what: You get up and try again. Feel that pain, get over it, get up, dust yourself off and keep it moving.”
Queen Latifah
